99 Bravada SES light

Okay...I just drove the 99 and it was real nice except for one thing. The SES light is on sometimes and off sometimes. The guy whos selling it said he just had the O2 sensor replaced and a diagnostic check done and its bringing up no codes. Anyone have an idea what it may be? It doesnt sem to affect the way the suv drives. It drove and handles really great especially for having 122k on the motor. Hes asking 3950 for it. What would be a fair counter, considering im gonna hafta get the ses checked again? Any help would be appreciated.

You might call around and check with a chain type auto parts store for a Free Scan then check to see what's stored.
