92 Astro Awd Shaking

I have 92 awd no drive shaft on front (astro) and shakes in the steering wheel an the hole van wen i step on the brake.
sometimes is just hesitates like wen you need rotors changed but sometimes its like the hole van is going to fall apart i change the brakes for inspection and was still shaking then i put new rotors and it stopped for a few days then it started again and now sometimes im afraid to stop. I check the tiers and look fairly new.
i notice my calipers have a little play ( i can move back and forward a bit) not sure if that is part of the problem.
HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY

Motor mounts? That's what it was on mine when the motor shook the car while braked.
