update to elec short?

First, the ignition fuse controls all the pink/white wires. 13 of them. Just below fuse box is the point where they are all connected together. Now, with the ignition fuse, heater/ac fuse, and rblw fuse out, the pink/white wires all show connection to ground(using ohmeter). These are supposed to be hot. Also battery was unhooked.
I have diagram 8a-11-4 supplied by LMP(thank you sir) showing the whole circuit(ign) Before I start unhooking relays and such, is this normal? Seems to me I have a Bitch of a short somewhere, but I could be wrong. My common sense says the problem is near the fusebox but it just cant be accessed without some minor destruction and gluing back together. Have removed the upper trim panel, that was fun but no help. Would have to remove the lower trim panel and even then might not be able to get to fusebox. Check engine light never came on. Any help out there?
