Elec short? 92APV need rear blower info

This is a continuation of a previous thread. Also by Nickinsc under Lumina ApV. Never have gotten ac working yet. New compressor installed. Replaced burnt wires going to clutch with new ones with diode. Put in r134, on low side till full but no power to compressor. I am positive I put the diode in right direction and did not switch the hi/low pressure switches on back of compressor. Have found a burnt wire, one of the pink/white ones from the ignition circuit appears to go from fuse box bundle of pink/white to a plug to firewall to ac relay. Is burnt between the point where about 10 pink/whites are soldered together and the plug, about 5 inches. Not fried burnt, but the insulation is melted can still see color and copper still shiny. No apparent point of grounding out visible. Inside of plug ok.
Now heres the good part. With key on I was checking for power under hood, following the pink/whit to the relays and had power like I should. No problems. Went back inside and the ignition fuse, which has melted but not blown in the past, 15 amp, was ON THE FLOOR! Power without a fuse! So I started looking for the fuse supplying power to the ignition circuit. Pulled the next one down and the heater fan came on! (heater ac fuse) Pulled the next one (rblwr) and this killed power to the ignition circuit.
Phew! So...either fuse will supply ignition circuit, which works all the different relays associated with the ac. The non hot side of the fuses, in the fusebox, are connected so my ohmeter tells me. Is impossible to remove fusebox. Have opened up lots of harness and dash is mostly apart.
What I need to proceed is to know the rblwr circuit better as in anything else on the fuse besides rear blower, which works fine by the way, and location of the relay for it.A diagram of the ignition fuse supplied by LMP shows the rblwr fuse as going only to the rear blower, but there must be a relay and resistor somewhere. Where could these two circuits get together?
