1989 Lebaron crank sometimes and sometimes not

I bought an '89 lebaron 2.5 Turbo. The man had changed valve cover gasket and had unhooked the vacuum lines and it would surge the turbo. I hooked the lines up and now sometimes it cranks and sometimes not. i changed the computer and the timing delay relay and stilldoes the same. anyone got any ideas i'm at a lose.

do you know if it has spark and gas because now sounds like fuel problem...no spark not getting enough gas so no run....good luck.....
