What do you guys mean when you call something Riced(not sure on spelling) out?

"Rice" is merely a term that us car guys call cars that have a bunch of useless crap or advertising crap that they don't have. Like most of the civics you see rolling around town with "Type R" badges on them, that is rice. Here's some pictures to give you examples of rice.

I disagree.. that Van, its not rice.. thats just your neighborhood lunatic who's watched too many episodes of the A-Team. Actually, that pic was taken on the 101 Freeway in LA. I've seen that Van in person, there are hoses that go to the wing.. god knows what they are for. Anyway, an older white guy was driving the van.. I think he was insane. hehhe
