3.1 Change Spark Plugs
I have a 98 GA with a 3.1 V6. I have about 87000 miles and want to change spark plugs. The back side plugs look real difficult. I can barely see them or touch them, much less getting a socket on them. Any ideas? Should I bite the bullet and just pay the money. I plan replacing the plugs and wires with OEM parts.

Re: 3.1 Change Spark Plugs
It is tight back there but do-able with a ratchet and a 3" extension. You can get all from the pass side, except for the one on the drivers side its best to stand on that side.
hope that helps.

Re: 3.1 Change Spark Plugs
No. It is do-able. I just did it the other day. It's all about feel. Just pull one boot off at a time and then unscrew that plug. Make sure you use a spar plug socket with the rubber cuz if you unbolt and drop it in there it's gonna be very difficult to get it out! You can do it just keep working on it!

I do not know, how you guys manage to do it without removing ICM and coils, my hands and arms hardly fit there with ICM removed

It's hard man. But if you can't do it you might just have to pay the money to have it done.
