Anytime I turn on the air conditioner and set it to cold air, I get nothing but a face full of hot air.
It's been doing this since I've owned it, anyone have any ideas why? Thanks in advance. |

Re: 96 Monte Carlo Not Blowing Cold Air
Check system pressures. It the accumulator/low side pressure is below 35 PSIG, the compressor will not cycle on.

Re: 96 Monte Carlo Not Blowing Cold Air
Once the system pressure drops below some given amount, the A/C compressor will not engage, as Blue Bowtie said. In other words, you had it refilled, but it most likely leaked right back out.
