I'm having problems with my 97 S-10 Blazer. I took out the battery to have the charge checked (due to some starting issues) and re-installed it. I turned it on and drove it home last night. When I got up in the morning to go to work, the key wouldn't turn at all in the ignition. The steering wheel is locked and it seems as if some sort of safety feature has kicked in. All of the electronics work, but the key just won't turn. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thank you very much.... this truck is killing me!

Re: Key won't turn at all in ignition
It seems simple, but maybe it is parked with torqu on the steering wheel. Try twisting steering wheel one way or the other to turn key and unlock it. Possible jam shifter towards park as well.
