For my integra, I added on a short ram intake with a matrix filter for TWENTY DOLLARS! That was the best $20 I could have spent on my car. That was a damn cheap deal though, definately not an average price...

Dude that is crazy because I got a short ram pipe with a Autozone filter. That was a very good mod for me.

I added an OEM armrest fr $50. That was good shit...I don't know how I dealt without one.

As for performance I got a matrix intake for $20 also. Prolly the same place TheBum got his LOL. A dutch auction off ebay. hehe.

Gonna get a cai as soon as funds allow though.

I'd say my cheapest best mod to date is my OEM Si swaybar I bought for my '00 DX Coupe. It did my car wonders for handling and cornering, and only set me back $45 for the bar which I bought off a friend selling his (end links INCLUDED) and then shelled out another $18 for the pair of mounting brackets for it from the local Honda Dealership. Not a bad investment for only a little over $60.

My cheapest best mod was a b16 throttle body i put on my d16z6. It bolted rigtht on and i bought it from a friend for 15 bucks. Try buying an aftermarket 62mm throttle body, they are about 350 bucks.

My best mod was removing the black stock grill on the front bumper on the top and bottom of my 98. Took my 13 hours to make it look perfect without any inperfections and it looks profesional. 5 coats of flat black with 3 coats of clear.

Any ladies need a Weezer looking guy to use as a sex slave please E-Mail me. I'm clean.

Keeping my interior and trunk empty of shit.

I have always heard great things about the Helms manuals. I need to dish out the cash as I will be installing my cup kits that I don't have yet over christmas
