how do u remove the wrong paint applied?

my truly color-blind bro managed to apply the wrong automotive paint on my 04 galant, he was touching up some scratches and rock hits. my car's OEM is DARK ULTRA RED, he used PHOENIX RED, now my car looks like something from a dr. seusse movie, can someone out there help me? tabang!!!!

diluted Paint thinner and a rag might remove more of the touch up paint than your stock paint, although it will remove your stock clear coat as well.
