Arrow ******HELP******87 Oldsmobile 88 Delta Royale

Good Evening!

I just purchased a 1987 Eighty Eight Delta Royale. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or good tips on ways to kind of bring the car into 2007 . I have like a humming noise coming from the fuel pump and it takes a while to acutally kick on. The car has minor eyesores like some missing decals and a backwards window regulator. I really wish they had a pimp my ride on the east coast. And lastly the car has 101,000 miles on it and I'm not sure if thats good or bad. Anyone interested in helping me or just giving advice please respond. My budget is already negitive . Please Help!

101,000? Granted that your car is older than mine, thats nothing. Mine is to almost 194000.
