grand caravan radio noise

when lights are on radio has buzz . even with engine off.

Any ideas?

mine has been like that on A-M for a while. It varies depending where I am which makes me think it happens in poor reception areas.

I get this squeel from the speakers AM or FM. It comes & goes.
