Talking

If you go with Ground Control coilovers you will need aftermarket shocks. Try either Tokico blues or Koni yellows.

Simple. Just jack up the car at each wheel and there is a small allen screw on the threaded collar that you loosen. Turn the collar either up (to raise) or down (to lower), then tighten up the allen screw. Depending on how much you either raise or lower the car you may need an alignment but that applies to any coil over setup.

it's really simple. a little time consuming, but you can't really help that if you wanna do it right. i thought it would be hard. i had no trouble.

just like alexxn said,

-jack the car up
-remove the wheel
-use the tools they provide you with to raise and lower the screw on the coil over
-tighten the two screws together, and you're done.

only bad thing with coils is you gotta eyeball it. theres no real way to accurately get all the wheels even. what i did was adjust each coil and measure from the ground up to the wheel well, and kept adjusting til i got them right. luckily, i got it right the first time. (i counted the spins on the screw)

estimated time (all 4 wheels): 1 hour

You can count the threads on the body of the mount. I found thats most accurate and saves time.
