KAM fuse ...keep radio
Can anyone confirm for me the following : I read on a F-150 site that the KAM fuse is in the mini block under HOOD.High current fuse panel > middle row 4ht down EEC 30 amp ( PCM power relay PCM ) is this correct ?
I cleaned my MAF and dont wanna reset 18 radio presets and my user audio profile.

Re: KAM fuse ...keep radio
I don't know if this will work on your car or not, so check it out before doing it. A lot of Auto Part stores used to carry a cigarette lighter plug that accepted a 9 Volt battery, You just plug it in the lighter, and it gave enough power to keep the computer and your radio memory intact temporarily, like when changing the main battery. hope this helps.
