Need Maker info

I have to replace an aluminum head. On a GM LT 1, 350 cid The numbers are:30551 A
SAM
28043 01 02
I know not what I have here...help!

Thanks for the assist...and please forgive my lack of needed info...sitting in a 95 Caprice wagon. The short block was put together by Golen, some kids picked up the after market alum heads. No brand name, just those numbers. Could be GM? They were ported to the intake....they appear to be very pro heads.

Do you have a photo of the head?

AFR and Edelbrock offer aftermarkets. That doesn't look like a factory casting number (or variant).
