tough one

figure this one out i have a 99 windstar. The problem is i have no power to the guages-windshield wipers - radio, ect when the key is turned on and engin is running i have power to all when key is in acc postion. And yes i have replaced the iqnition switch this problem comes and goes it worked for a month then all of a sudden its back and no power for 2 days now HELP ME PLEASE

I am wondering about a possible broken wire?
I don't have a wiring diagram for the '99, but would direct you to follow the paths from the ACC and ON positions.....and focus on the parts NOT common to both....but unique to the ON path.

In the run position the ign switch provides power to fuses 9,10,28,26. Check for power on those fuses with the ign in run position. If you don't have power, you've got a problem between the ign switch and the fuse box under the dash. In the acc position, ign sw only provides power to only fuse #28. Check for power
