'79 Mustang Cobra

I just purchased a 1979 Mustang Cobra and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can check the 11 number VIN for it to make sure the 5.0 thats in it is stock? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Grab a Hemming Motors News, that will let you know the value of the car, or ebay.
