backlight in digital fan control display - 2004 Hemi Limitied Durango
Hey
Just bought it two days ago. Today, on the way to work, the backlight on the digital temperature fan control display (right below the stereo) "burnt out". I'm not exactly sure what the problem is. Could it be a sensor or should the computer be reset? It's just past the warrenty of course lol. The dealer had it detailed before I picked it up and when I picked it up the engine light was on. The engine light stayed that way for the day but has since went out. We also just had a lot of rain recently. Could moisture cause these problems? Anyone recommend how to get the backlight fixed? Thanks PS: That digital fan control display gets pretty hot. Is that typical? |

on my D the bulb is a pc94 which went out on me also, dealer said 'extra care warr' would cover it but not my 'added care warr'. I bought 3 bulbs from dealer the next week, I was gonna change it myself, wouldn't you know it, that night bulb fixed itself. go figure.
