new owner

thinking of buying a 99 breeze with the 2.4. drove great looks good, but went to check the oil after the drive and no oil on the dipstick. checked it again 5 min later and still dry. looked underneath and its all dry. they are going to put oil in it and then well drive and check again tomarrow. what else looking for asfar as the oil?

there is a crack in the oil pan. tried jb weld and it didnt hold. any suggetions?
