The Conversion

I'm thinking of buying a jdm b16a engine. It has all the parts required to install only thing is i want to buy a manual transmision. My car is automatic How much more difficult would it be to buy an engine with manual tranny and put in my car?And how much extra would it take me back $$$$?Basically I wanna convert my 97 honda civic DX automatic to manual tranny.
