Overcooling??

I have a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird, and i just wanted to know if it was overcooling because the temperature shows that it barely moves off of 100 degrees...it almost never reaches the 140 mark.
Thanks!!!

Re: Overcooling??

Yes! It sounds like the thermostat is stuck open and not allowing the engine to reach operating temperature. You can also have a bad temp. sensor so you may want to replace that too.
