Question? 3.4L D.O.H.C

When changing the timing belt do u need camshaft holding tools?
Also i am removing the rear head to replace the o-ring on the oil pump drive,
any advice or precautions when doing this would be helpful.
(using Haynes manual)

Yes, you need camshaft timing tools, or you'll never get it timed properly and will have to take it in to do it, which costs a few dollars too.
