Depends on how creative you are.
Some people just run a magnetic roof top an run the wire threw the door opening.
Or you can cut the end of coax wire and drill small hole just big enough for wire and put a new end back on it.
A Blazer you can route the wire threw the rear tail gate opening someplace.
For ideas look around and watch the parking lots for Blazers with cb antennas on a Blazer.

depends on what kind of antenna you want to use. on mine i used a side mount wip antenna that i tie down down to the front when in town. i mounted it on the drivers side rear quarter panel so i could get thru easily from the jack storage well, which required drilling a hole. You can also mount one on the rear bumper and run the cable out thru along side the trailer wiring harness, but you'll get more whip action and noise from body contacts while driving.

i use the bigger antenna because the road to and from my cabin is one lane in and out with an occasional wide out for passing. it's used by logging trucks that are supposed to call out their position every mile post and i wouldn't want to miss one of those call outs and end up being a hood ornament.
