i have a 93 cutlass surprem with a 3.4 liter v6, the first problem is sometime when i have driven enough for the engine to warm up and then park and shut it off it wont start after about 5 min, i have to put the throttle all the way to the floor to TRY to get it to start, if it does black smoke comes out the exaust. second problem is the when the car is warm and i go up a hill or i try to accelerate fast the car spits kinda like the rythym of a machine gun, it wont gain any rpm or speed. third problem is the fuel pump whines

Check fuel pressure and look for fuel in the vacuum hose to the fpr.

You might be right saying "multiple" problems but like Max said I would definitely check fuel pressure first. You also might want to check coil packs, the up hill hesitation, along with the "hot" start problems could be coil pack related. I have had coil problems where the vehicle ran ok under normal load for a while but after warming up the preformance would diminish greatly.

could the ac pully be part of the problem, the clutch and bearings went out a few months ago but i havent used the ac, could the pulley be pulling to much torque for the moter to handle
