6-CATS are too quiet, PLEASE HELP?

Hey, im mike,
I have a 98 GT and it has 6 catilatic converters and i hate it!! ive looked for a high flow swapable set but there are none that are " road legal " Dose any one make a CARB sertified cat system that a muffeler shop can install for me?
I have gone to a few shops and they all say they cant there are no legal cats for my car... and only the 97' 98's have the 6 cat set up! whats up guys... any ideas???? i have 2 single chamber flowmasters and its not verry impressive at all.. all other mustangs sound better. HELP HELP PLEASE!

everyone i know just buys an off-road hpipe with no cats and MIL eliminators and drives around like that. it actually passes the emission tests here but there is no sniffer in the tailpipe just the obd2 hookup. if it needed to pass just swap back to stock for the test and then go back to the offroad after. there is a total of 8 nuts/bolts to hold the midpipe in place; its not a hard swap at all just getting the nuts off the spot that connects to the header is a pain if rusted because its tricky to get leverage.

Hmmmm... i see... so your saying there pretty much is no legal way to get the expcectation of sound i want ..? That leads me to how do i get it put on my car like that...? no shop will do it for me being illegal... and i have no lift to get far enough under to install them my self.. im sure i could do it im not mechanicly disabled, but i just dont have the resourses...??? what should i do?? thanx again!
