1990 e-350 blower relay?

My blower for my 1990 e-350 motorhome quit working, checked the fuse, its ok. Is there a relay that might be bad and where would it be?

are all the speeds bad, or is it just high or just low. this information would be of help to me in trying to help you please post this info.
