Thumbs down My 745i

I have a sick 745i. Yes I know this is nothing new, but I feel cheated, because as a consumer we are suppose to be told that if we are doing a major purchase (to me at least is), it should be disclosed with all the problems and bugs. Just like when you by a home there is a disclosure cluase.
I bought my car in the middle of the year, so they where aware of all the problems by then and they still ignored to fix it. My guess is they were behind production and passed the trouble shooting to dealers and us.

Problems:
Car would not start in some mornings. You have to wait a bit and retry.
Navigation with radio would act crazy, make a loud poping noise and shut both of them off. Two rattling noises bug me if I don't leave the radio on.
Idles rough on stop lights. Hesitates if you step on the gas all the way.
0-60 in 5.9? No more like 8.9 seconds.
Nice to look at though. I wish I could see it more in my garage than the dealer's
