4.3L engine swap

I have a 1992 2500 sierra with a 4.3L Will a 4.3L from a 1988 S-10 go right in it or is there modifications that need to be made?

Both are TBi engines so I think this would work. You probably want to use all of the sensors and TBI off the 92 but otherwise, it should bolt right up.

Thanks for the reply, I have a chance to buy a factory motor fairly cheap and just wanted to make sure it would work before I bought it .I tried the search but didn't find anything . I thought a motor out of an S-10 would fit chevy's pretty good about that. Thanks again for the reply . This sight is great.
