Evo or exige

hello everybody,
I'm in the market for a new car and have narrowed down my selection to 2 cars: 2007 Lancer Evolution IX MR and the 2007 Lotus Exige S. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

These cars are not in the same market. Therefore, the selection should be fairly easy.

Do you need to carry 4? - EVO
Are you looking for the most looks from others? - Exige
Slightly better ride? - EVO
If you possess excellent driving skills? - Exige
Money burning a hole in your pocket? - Exige

When it comes down to it, the Exige is even more extreme then the EVO. Stock, it's faster at the track only if you are an excellent rwd driver, The Exige looks hotter then the EVO, especially from some for the ladies that don't know what Rally or JDM is.

But if you ever need to carry more they 2, or carry a few bags, or would like to hit the 11's or better in the 1/4 in a good handling car. The EVO's the way to go. Since right now, there are no good major upgrade paths on the Exige.
