Re: tunable exhaust

changing the exhaust note from mellow to sporty is basically all it does. its a butterfly type valve right behind the drivers side muff. doesnt really improve flow at all.

if your interested in something to improve flow, they make a race valve i think they call it which basically flows like a stock exhaust, but when you push a button, a valve opens and basically just dumps the exhaust under the car. I think supercar may sell it...ill have to check though.

Re: tunable exhaust

okay so its nothing really special cuz someone at a car show told me its like a 20 horsepower gain. so i was alil scepital about that in its self. so if thats the case and its kinda just a dump tube im not gonna worry about keeping it.

Re: tunable exhaust

It would basically be the same thing as running your exhaust all the way back with no precats, cats, or mufflers.

If you do the dump kit that would be like running with out all that stuff.. not with the tanable exhaust.. just makin sure that was clear.. summitracing also has them

right, the dump tubes dump the exhaust out right there without it going back, except it would just be extremely loud and annoying. But for that, you might as well just do what I stated to make it more "streetable"
