Shock Absorber advice

I need to install new front and rear shocks on my 2000 Sierra. I can get a deal on Monroe Shocks. There are so many different models I'm not sure which ones to get.

I have a 1500 Ext cab with the Z71 package and the 5.3 liter.

Any advice, pros and cons of Monroe shocks?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Shock Absorber advice

Monroe (gas charged) has been good for me.I just installed a $140 set on my 01sierra. The aftermarket AC Delco gas shocks are just as good and competively priced here. http://www.rockauto.com Use discount code number #645899560466 at checkout for a 5% discount on anything you purchase. Also check for factory rebates forms from monroe and others should you buy there.
