electrical problem?
something's wrong with my 94 eclipse. first of all, even in the "on" position, my automatic belt doesn't move when i open the door, etc. my cd player also doens't work. but my headlights do work. is this an electrical problem? only when i start the car, will the cd player work and the automatic seat belts work. also, everytime i turn the key to the "on" position, i can hear a noise coming from the engine bay or sumthing. any help would be great

Have you checked all your fuses yet?
