1996 Taurus wagon 3.0L Duratec engine. Engine is sized. How do I remove it.Have been told it is easier to drop it down.How is this done? Can it be done without a lift?

Are you saying it's siezed? (doesn't turn) ?
Info in a less than $20 Chilton/Haynes book found in auto parts stores like Pep Boys will tell you, with pictures, about engine removal/replacement.
