hole in sub

i need some advice on how to fix my sub its a kicker L7 and theres a hole in the cone and the stitching around the speaker is messed up and im only able to find a small piece of the hole. i've read clear nailpolish works to "glue" the missing piece, but what do i do if the piece is missing? please help me.

try some rubber cement, walmart sells it
