92 legacy ej22t problems

hey guys i just bought my wife a 92 turbo legacy. ej22t. and it is having some trouble idling. the engine code was a 45 which from chilton manual states it is a press sensor duty soleniod or baro sensor. the book says the sensor is in the ecu and to replace it if it goes bad. well i did. . . only to get the same code again. that along with the engine constantly wanting to run hot even after a new water pump and thermo. any help would be greatly appreciated. i am so frustrated with it lol.
