tranny ?

ok i got a 93 fox body with an 88 5.0 swap...........i have a couple things wrong with it....clutch is pretty new..........first and secoind shift smoothly.....3rd grinds a little sumtimes and fourth grinds a little more than 3rd......is it big tranny problem or could it be synchros problem.....also there might be sumthin wrong with the clutch......if im driving and i put the clutch in take it out of gear but keep the clutch pushed down and tryandput it in first it wont let me..even at a dead stop.......i have to let go of the clutch and then it will work....but when i let go of the clutch i feel and hear a small bang under the car....i have no idea wut it is....is the clutch adjustable???

When going into 3rd and 4th try double clutching................
