STi gauge cluster swap? can it be done???

hey, its probably been a topic before but my buddy has a 02 wrx and he was looking at the STi gauge cluster with the center tach. well he wants me to install it which im happy to do if its not a headache - is it plug and play or do i need to get fancy and rewire it? it looks like 3 connectors in the back but are they the same commector on the STi or what? my guess is not but idk, im not formiliar with subarus
