1993 crown victoria electric system

The car lights on the inside started staying on. The doom lights, the door lights also the outside key light. So it runs down the battery. Also my speedometer quits at 50 mph. And yesterday for some odd reason my door locks started going up and downon there own. Does anyone have any ideas? I looked up recalls on my car, thier is many but when I called the dealer they said there is none on my car when I have him vin number. Being a single mom bites when it come to these things lol. Thanks
