Re: Headers?

Because headers are for n/a vehicles. You must be referring to exhaust manifolds...there is a limited market especially since the stock turbo is built into the manifold.

Re: Headers?

If you really want headers go out and buy a v6 or v8. You dont put a header on a turbo car(unless your fabing something up) you use a manifold.

Re: Headers?

Well....AMS does make a tubular exhaust manifold that looks like a header but it is only for t3/t4 exhaust side turbos. What you want is a downpipe. It is the equal of a header for a turbo car. Anything that is 3" and stainless will work but I bought one with a cutout. A 3 in O2 housing is nice too. Hope this helps.

Re: Headers?

theres no way this kid knows how a turbo car works. the reason you don't want a header is because the turbo is bolted to the exhaust manifold. the exhaust is what spools the turbo which in return creats boost. Boost is what creats more hp. if you eliminate the turbo and drop in a header you will lose like 120 hp. You have the mind of a N/A guy. with a turbo car it's not as simple as bolting up a header.
