Real or fake?

This may be a stupid question (which I believe it probabily is), but is this thing legit or fake? I've never heard of an electric supercharger like this.. than again I'm not super good with cars. Just was looking for a little extra power.

and

Any help finding out of this thing really works or is a ripoff would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

P.S. I'm new, don't flame me for not knowing if it's fake or not. Thanks.

Re: Real or fake?

this has been covered in the past....they are junk....

Basically those "superchargers" are nothing more than a boat bilge pump w/ a coupler...they do nothing and at WOT, may actually restrict power depending on the car...

Garbage. Just imagine what would happen if one of the fan blades broke off and got sucked into your motor...

this is untrue there is a company that are developing an electric supercharger but it runs at about 240volts and empties it's batteries that are use for it only in about 15-20 seconds.

this should also show how there's not way one of the hair dryers in your intake can do anything
