Angel Eyes color!!!!

Hi... i was just wondering... is it legal to have different color Angel Eyes (like red) on your car...

and if anyone could give me a site where they sell them it would be very helpfull... i know about that german site... but i dont know what the hell is going on there...

Youll get busted in my area with colored angel eyes.
I live in southern california.
