swap problem

so I am almost done with my 2nd gen 3sgte swap in my 92 gts, i have extended the wiring harness, frankensteined the clutch assembly, new radiator fan, custom cone filter, new vaccuum hoses, new fuel lines. everything is bolted up and in, car starts and runs, but after a couple minutes of running, it dies, any clues to why this would happen? I have rechecked all my wiring done, according to both my toyota dealer manuals, i have the one for the all-trac, and the one for my gts, yet i can't figure out why it dies after a couple minutes of running. any input would be great.
