Dashboard lights help

I have a 2000 isuzu rodeo and some of my lights on the dashboard went out. I replace them with LED light, when I connected the car wires back to the dash and turn on the dash lightbut. 1 led light didnt light up, and i smell something burn, then i realize I accidently had that positive and negative switched (didnt know until that light doesnt light up).

Ok, there is the problem, i fixed that LED problem and right now, my rpm and the speedometer bar doesnt move up or down when I am driving.... (I think it was the burning smell that lead to it...) what should I do????

yea, i think i blew a fuse(s) so which fuse i should check?

I think I flied the speedometer cluster and I have to replace it. Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap used speedometer cluster around like $50 cuz dealer charge $280? my car is a 2000 Isuzu rodeo v6 4x4

I found a good deal on https://www.car-parts.com/ cost ok. so i will probably buy that!
