Talking First timer...criticism needed...

So...these are a few of my first photoshops. It wasn't easy to learn the ways, but in time I started to develop my talents.

I'm posting these up because I would like some criticism from you fellow PSers. I'm not nearly as experienced as any of you here, so I wanted to see where I can improve. I will note that I'm still learning with wheels, it's not an easy thing to do. I would hope that I can get some tips from a few of you here. Thanks in advance.

1st vehicle: 69 Camaro. Simple overlay on body and wheels.
2nd vehicle: 07 Silverado. Headlights, body, emblem, wheels.

Thanks!! Yeah, I've gotten a few comments wondering about the paint. Meh, I guess it's just artists taste, right? lol.

Photoshopping is pretty fun, time consuming, but really fun.

Re: First timer...criticism needed...

try to stay away from using to much saturation in the paintjob.. usea little less then mess with the curve and the brightness/contrast. Too much saturation leads to unrealistic paint appearence.

Yes I agree it looks "unreal" but I think from an artistic point of view that metallic red is really hot! Very eye catching, and I love the way it brings out the shadow reflection of the trees.

I would also consider removing the telephone pole and wires so the focus is really on the Camero.
