urgent stud problem

I have an Isuzu rodeo 2001 3.2 4wd and I broke 2 studs on my last tire replacement. (yes I learned the head way that you need to screw the bolts manually before using the gun...)

there is no way to have studs at the vendor in quebec, they are BO ??%&%$!!!

Is there a GM equivalent ??
