Fuel pressure at the rail, but do the injectors pulse, try spraying carb cleaner into the intake see if it kicks.

I'm having this problem right now as well. Has been in the shop for a while and an very experienced mechanic is at a loss right now. Any information I can get to him will save him and I both a big headache. When I stopped by today he was going to pull the rail off to see if fuel actually is flowing thru. His tester will send fuel. Any help?
