94 Lebaron GTC convertible COOLING fan NOT working????

I am working on a 94 GTC LeBaron. 3 liter, It was overheating. It had engine codes pointing to low or high engine temperatures, etc.. I replaced the thermostat and Engine Coolant Temperature sensor, and it made the codes go away. Still no cooling fan... The fan checks out OK, the relay checks out OK... WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE ?? any ideas???? pcm????

The fan should turn on when you turn on the A/C even if the engine is not hot. Tells you if the fan works.
