problem

ok last summer my truck was running bad like on 3 cylinders or something i got a code ran and it was random misfires, so i did a tuneup and it still did it till fall came and all through winter it was fine, but now back in spring its doing the same thing, seems not to do it as much in mid day but then it gets real bad? suggestions

Get a scanner on it. See what readings your getting from various sensors, and see if they are within proper limits. This could be anything. Has the MAF sensor ever been cleaned? I would first get a scanner on it and go from there.
