Sunfire 97 2.2 turns but won't start
my obd2 reads p0121. replaced the TP sensor. Sounds like it's misfiring. It hit a BIG pothole and shut off. I know the fuel pump will shut off in the event of a collision. where is the reset switch?

Re: Sunfire 97 2.2 turns but won't start
i never knew anything about a fuel pump reset switch for these cars-----Ford uses them on their cars, its called in Inertia switch and for theirs at least, its located behind the drivers side taillight. the only other circuit that i knew was inline with the fuel system was the anti-theft system. try checking out your plugs connecting to the igntion module----one of mine was loose causing the car to crank but not start. the CPS---crank position sensor is another common fault for this symptom.
